Sebastian Ptak

Sebastian Ptak jest prawnikiem, członkiem zarządu Blue Media SA, jednego z największych dostawców rozwiązań technologicznych w obszarze finansów. Odpowiada m.in. za obszar bezpieczeństwa oraz rozwój biznesu, szczególnie za rozwój i nadzór nad Systemem Płatności BlueCash (system międzybankowych przelewów natychmiastowych). Absolwent Wydziału Prawa Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego, stypendysta Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowej. Jest Członkiem Prezydium Forum Technologii Bankowych przy Związku Banków Polskich, w latach 2010–2013 zasiadał na stanowisku wiceprzewodniczącego Prezydium FTB. W 2009 r. uhonorowany przez Związek Banków Polskich tytułem Ambasadora Gospodarki Elektronicznej, rok później Odznaką Honorową ZBP, a w 2016 r. Medalem Mikołaja Kopernika w uznaniu szczególnych zasług w budowie i rozwoju sektora bankowego. Prywatnie meloman i kinoman.

Sebastian Ptak is a lawyer and a board member at Blue Media SA, one of the largest providers of technological solutions for the financial sector. He is generally responsible for financial and transactional security and business development with a specific focus on the development and supervision of the BlueCash Payment System (a system of instant interbank money transfers). Mr Ptak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Gdansk, Poland, and received a scholarship from the Polish Ministry of National Education. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Polish Bank Association’s Banking Technology Forum, where he held the position of Vice President between 2010 and 2013. The Polish Bank Association awarded him the title of E-Business Ambassador in 2009 a Badge of Honour in 2010 and in recognition of special merits in the construction and development of the banking sector with Medal of Nicolaus Copernicus in 2016. On a more personal note, Mr Ptak is a keen lover of the cinema and music.
